About me
I completed a BA in languages from the university of Birmingham in 2005, where I was founder and President of the Sri Lankan society, and head representative of the Italian language department for four years. I am fluent in Italian, English, Spanish and Sinhalese.Determined to enhance my creative skills, I than completed a foundation course in Art and Design, at the City Lit college in London in 2007, where I specialized in 2D, 3D, sculpture, textile mix media.I believe myself to be an enthusiastic, pro-active professional, and a self inspired and solution oriented woman, who is searching for employment in a creative, competitive, and challenging international environment.I have constantly been exposed to a variety of cultures, by studying and working abroad i.e. Italy, Spain, UK, CEE. this enhanced my interpersonal skills and rounded of my formal education.I have also shown my self to be adaptable, eager to learn and creative, as I have worked in different business environments involving international travelling team works, which I believe will make me a strong candidate for future career opportunities.
