Allow me to take this opportunity to elaborate on why I believe I would make a great candidate.
I have undergone a tremendous creative journey from my early beginnings at art school to my degree in Digital Art & Technology. As a result fine art is truly at the core of what is my passion for all things digital. Having a fine art foundation has proven to be an asset, affording a wide perspective when confronting creative decisions. Fine art roots have lead to my fascination for mixed media & a consistent desire to create unique and beautiful end results.
My transition from fine art to digital began whilst undertaking my (BA/Fda) in Interactive Multimedia & Graphic Design. Here I learnt a great deal about print & digital design as well as various other skills such Video Production, Animation, Advanced Web Authoring and IoT art installation. Seeing real world inefficiencies being confronted with hardware & software's in new & creative ways lead to the choice of concluding my studies in Digital Art & Technology. The transition truly expanded my creative mind by teaching me how to express myself in highly functional ways I never would have thought of before. The result was a 1st class honours with an additional Philip Webster award for my VR focused final year project.
Also having travelled to over 50 countries, has given me exposure to different cultures ultimately affording a greater creative perspective. I'm very much an ideas person, embracing multiple responsibilities by using ideas to tie every aspect of a brief together in new & creative ways. I'm looking to break into the creative industry & apply my passion for innovation using technology & design.
I'm not looking for a job, but rather a part who I am, growing & sharing all I can with a company. Being passionate about what I do & valued by right of merit for my work.
