About me
Deena Davda is a London-based artist working from her home studio in North West London. With a background in graphic design and over a decade of experience in the creative industry, she is now dedicating herself fully to life as a practising artist.
Creativity has been a constant thread throughout her life. After studying BTEC Art & Design and earning a degree in Graphic Design, she built a successful design career, but painting has always been her first love. From childhood, art (alongside English) was her favourite subject, offering both expression and escape. Today, she returns to that instinctive, intuitive form of making.
Her work is deeply connected to introspection, emotion, and the unseen. Inspired by galleries, inner reflection, and an enduring fascination with space and the universe, Deena explores themes of vastness, identity, and human experience. She is drawn to the idea that we are both infinitesimal and infinite, grounded yet cosmic.
A mother of three, she brings layered perspective to her practice: balancing softness with strength, structure with freedom. Her background in design informs her composition and visual clarity, while her artistic process remains fluid and exploratory.
A natural observer and independent thinker, Deena creates work that invites pause, encouraging viewers to connect with their own inner worlds and to see beyond the ordinary.
