Being a strongly motivated and talented graduate with a passion for character creation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, I wish to apply for the position of 3D Artist at your company.
Now a recent graduate from the University of Teesside I have studied extensively in the subject of 3D modelling. I have been involved in various group and solo projects which tasked me with creating 3D assets for a short film. My experiences as a 3D Artist have given me a strong working knowledge of the pipeline for creating a 3D assets, from the pre production, modelling, texturing, rigging and to animating. I would say I have a large and thorough understanding of the process for creating 3D assets.
Personal Attributes that I believe make me suitable for this position include:
⦁ A working knowledge of up to date 3D packages
⦁ Able to adapt from hardsurface to soft surface
⦁ Experience and knowledge with PBR materials
⦁ Good cooperation when working with others in a group
⦁ Able to work to deadlines effectively
⦁ Able to adapt to and learn new softwares and techniques
