Born and raised in Hong Kong, spent his teenage years in Ottawa, Canada, earned his BFA at Pratt Institute in United States and started his career in the fashion industry in New York City, and now has been living and working in Hong Kong & China for over a decade as a senior creative in the advertising industry, Bill understands the culture of both East and West - and that enables him to blend both ways of thinking and connect to the target audiences effectively with unique perspective, insightful idea & fresh execution.
