About me
Álvaro Rodrigues, Fullpack's CEO/CCO is one of the most awarded and influential advertisers of his generation in Brazil.
He has been in the advertising market for 23 years and has worked in several agencies in Brazil such as Africa, Africa Rio, DM9 Rio, Ogilvy, FCB, Agência3, 3A Wordlwide, among others.
Throughout his career he has received 26 Cannes Lions, and several awards in national and international festivals, such as 6 D&AD Pencils. Álvaro was also the first professional from Rio de Janeiro to receive a D&AD. He also won awards at New York Festivals, Clio, Clio Music, Gold and Bronze at The One Show, London International Awards, FIAP, El Ojo, FWA, to name a few.
Last year he had been nominated to the Brazilian Marketing Hall of Fame by ABRAMARK.
He has been part of the jury at many festivals, such as Cannes Lions (three times), D&AD (twice), Clio, FIAP (President of the Jury), El Ojo, London International Awards, Lisbon Advertising Festival, Best Ads on TV (twice), Wave Festival and Abril Advertising Awards, among others.
Álvaro was the president of the Creative Club of Rio de Janeiro and has just left the President's chair of the Brazilian Association of Advertisers - ABP.
Last but not least: a Metallica fan and a proud father of Manuella and Antonia, two lovely girls.
