About me

- Throughout my international career in financial services, I have built, strengthened and implemented corporate strategy/strategic objectives from multiple vantage points: organic to inorganic growth and divestitures & 'run-off's that have spanned the globe in over 35 countries

- I have over 15 years experience structuring strategy and executing on strategy in Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, Insurance (Bancassurance) and Emerging Markets Financial Services

- I began my career on Wall Street at JP Morgan as a Healthcare Investment Banker, and with success I went on to spend more than five years at Citigroup completing corporate strategy execution through accretive acquisitions globally. Since that time, I've worked with several insurers building out the global footprint, opening rep offices in China, working on bancassurance transactions, and completing the largest divestiture in the industry to-date; the spin-off of ALICO to Met Life. Most recently, I have rounded off my skill-set by working with Lloyds Commercial Bank to shift colleague mindset in line with the businesses Client First agenda. In this role I have: structured and executed against the strategic agenda of CB with a Client First lens, business partnered with CB's business units to affect change, and single-handedly built CB's first ever Competitor Analysis profile used by the CEO of CB to influence his decision making around strategy and growth objectives.
