I strive for perfection in everything I do and consistently review my progress, assessing weaknesses and focusing my energy on overcoming them. I believe it is important to delegate but being proactive where necessary is paramount to an effective and cohesive team. I believe there is no such thing as an impossible task, only a small mind hinders progress. As such I am always willing to learn new skills where possible enabling me to apply myself to any project with unflinching determination and drive.
