About me

Áinne has initiated, developed, directed and produced workshops, programs and projects since1980 to facilitate children's and adults creativity, imaginative, curiosity and wonder in the classroom, in the home, for theater, in business, in the arts, in tv, film and the music industry, and for museum installations nationally and internationally.
e.g. Children & Adults Drawing Workshop, Kids Capers Project -a children's comic, Creative Development Programs -business management, Linear and Interactive Story Telling Project -audio visual industry and the European Broadcasting Union, Sensory Development Workshops -children and adults, Courage to Create Program -audio visual industry, Cultural Ireland Program -children's edutainment program, Women, Music & Audio Visual Technology Project -women in industry, Interactive Music Projects -the music industry, Children's Theatre Project, Children's Story Telling Project, Ways of Knowing Project, Isobel's Workbook; One Planet One People -a children's book on development, poverty and the environment, available January 2013.

This work was produced on CD, CD ROM, CD-i, VCD, DVD, for broadcast, the web, print publications exhibition, and in workshops depending on the nature of the project or program.
The projects and programs were delivered by Áinne under her own name or through her own company Create. Some projects were collaborations and or commissions: e.g. departments of education in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the USA & The Kennedy Center in Washington, with tv broadcasters in Ireland, Canada, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, UK and Ireland, with companies, development organizations in Ireland, UK and Austria.

In parallel Áinne has also exhibited her drawings in Ireland and Spain and continues to develop her own work towards an exhibition in 2014.
