About me
Alexandre is a French filmmaker based in London.
After graduating from Central Saint Martins in 2013 with a BA
in Graphic Design and Moving Images, he interned and gained experience in as many companies as possible, whilst making films in his free time.
In 2014, he worked as a video editor for Dazed & Confused after they saw his portfolio of passion projects and music video edits.
There, he explored editing for music videos, online content, and shorts.
In 2016, he was a full-time editor and camera operator for Thomson Reuters where he learnt industry-standard skills he still uses today. During his time there, he completed writing his short film "A Monster".
In 2018, he made the jump to freelancing as an editor, working with agencies such as Peas, Major Players, Source, Represent.
He works with brands such as Reebok, Nokia, FIFA, Facebook and many more. Being a freelancer made him more adaptive and reactive to changing trends, environments and company cultures.
Alex is even more active as a director. He recently completed
a short film in Cambodia, planning on entering it into film festivals. He also continues to work on commisions.
