% Agency is a women-founded creative and growth studio built for brands in music, culture, and sports. We design the brand systems, campaigns, and performance strategies that help artists, labels, cultural institutions, festivals, and sports brands connect with audiences and convert them. The name references a reality: globally, only a fraction of creative agencies are founded by women. We're here to change what that standard looks like, and what it delivers. Our work spans brand identity, campaign design, paid media (Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok), AR and immersive formats, and fractional creative leadership, always with a focus on performance, cultural relevance, and long-term brand equity. Based in London and Toronto. Working internationally.
