Parish Nursing Dundee worked with Zudu to redevelop the Dundee Recovery Road Map app to expand its capabilities and make support services more accessible to vulnerable individuals. The app aims to remove the stigma around seeking help and provides users with a map and list view of available services in their area, as well as directions, opening times, and further contact details for offline support - increasing the chance of people receiving the help they need quicker. Alongside the mobile apps (iOS & Android), we additionally developed a web app version of the platform which can be accessed from anywhere, without requiring an account to use the platform. This was done in an effort to support people who have difficulties using technology and/or no access to a personal computer/phone/internet connection.
