A group project designing a feedback system for connecting residents and local council. The main function is to tell residents about the latest changes around them and ask them for opinions
We took a standard UX design process including research, ideation, prototyping, user testing and refinement to finish the project and the outcome were presented to the council and obtained good feedback.
