Re : Junior product retoucher

I have studied and worked within art and design related environments for some time now. I finished both college and university with high grades whilst studying a variety of artistic directions but usually with an emphasis on graphic illustration and digital design. Since then I have worked artistically for both companies and for myself as a freelance illustrator/designer.

As you will be aware from my CV, I have most recently been working for ASOS in a freelance capacity as a photographic retoucher. They are one of the leading online retailers currently doing business and I have vastly enjoyed my time with the company. I believe that with my creative experience and proven ability to manage and maintain the highest work standards, I will be able to make a significant contribution to any production team I join. I can provide full references for all roles on my CV and also examples of my design work. My website contains mainly images of my illustration work but I can provide retouching examples on request.

Regarding the advertised role, I feel that I have the required skill sets to perform this job very well and any that I may not, I am confident I will be able to obtain whilst working. Furthermore, any work I undertake will be created out of my love for art and design thus always ensuring a high standard of quality.
