Concept: A modern and dynamic Ukrainian bank that seeks to be perceived as reliable.

The goal of the project is to create a space that immediately instills trust and confidence while remaining open, dynamic, and responsive to the contemporary needs of both clients and staff.

Specifications: An open space of 100 square meters (10x10 m)

The branch accommodates 13 employees:

1 Meet-and-Greet Administrator at the entrance;
4 Credit Managers;
3 Operations Managers;
2 Cashiers;
1 Manager coordinating the interaction between management and cashiers;
1 Branch Manager;
1 Security Officer.
Layout Solution: The space is designed so that every client feels they have entered a welcoming and easily understandable environment. The open-plan layout allows for visibility of the key work areas, which are divided in a way that simplifies interaction between staff and clients. At the same time, there is an appropriate level of confidentiality where it is genuinely required.
