Dear Sir,

I would like you to consider me for the position freelance interior design technician with den.

I currently work for myself as an interior designer for residential and commercial properties. Whilst working for my own clients I have carried out room surveys, designed mood boards for various schemes from children's bedroom through to home offices and developed my business skills through networking and establishing links with suppliers. I have specialist knowledge in the creation of hand-sewn curtains, blinds and soft furnishings and am passionate about sourcing quality products and exquisite fabrics.

I have also worked as a freelance interior design assistant for approximately four days per week for Just Imagine Contract Interiors between September 2010 and May 2012. My freelance duties have included creation of mood board designs, creating furniture brochures, producing autoCAD drawings and assisting in fitting out several projects for luxury nursing homes schemes, extra care schemes and several restaurants.

I have excellent communication skills and have had experience meeting a wide range of people. I am able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, work extremely hard fulfil the client's needs and enjoy learning new skills.
