- Capstone project and winner of the People's Choice Award at the HCDE Open House.
- Worked with Sound Transit, King County Metro, and CoMotion Mobility Innovation Center to research and design for infrequent riders.
- Throughout the project, I utilized different methodologies and strategies, including competitive analysis and heuristic evaluation, user research, usability testing, ideation, and design (in Figma).
