We asked 100 people, if South Kensington was an animal, what animal would it be? The short list included slinky cats and flighty butterflies, but graceful swans won out.

We were commissioned by the Wellcome Trust and their PR agency Halogen to create an identity for the South Kensington Estate – one of their most prestigious property estates. We went on to leverage the identity for use across development site hoardings, a website that linked through to Cluttons property directory, event literature and brochures detailing commercial property opportunities across SW7.
