Zebra People have just released our 2016 Salary Survey! We analysed the results from 1000 completed survey responses as well as our extensive network and database of 22,000 industry professionals . It has provided us with some awesome insights into what motivates the best talent in digital.

Some observations we found:
• 67% of surveyed people in permanent positions said that they would consider taking a contract role whereas only 38% of contractors will consider permanent roles.
• The largest reasons for agency contractors to go permanent include income security and stability.
• Across the board contractors who were willing to consider permanent positions were most prevalent at the Junior and Lead levels.

This is the most thorough salary survey we have ever conducted!
