The Ibero-American Academy of Labor and Social Security Law is a non-profit international scientific society whose main objective is to promote scientific knowledge in its specialized disciplines.

Founded in the 1970s, the Academy is currently composed of fifty-five Full Members, representing the legal science of labor and social security in Ibero-American countries. Its members have relevant resumes and recognized expertise in the area of ​​labor and social security law, working in university teaching, research, the judiciary, law, public administration, or other forms of professional practice, both nationally and internationally.
