About me

I'm Zahrah and I'm a 24 year old English major from Singapore. Currently, I am working on my dissertation at Nanyang Technological University. Come December, I will be an unemployed fresh graduate.

I hold a Diploma in Media and Communication from Singapore Polytechnic and I have a passion for media, specifically story-telling and content creation.

I have previously interned under the marketing department at Suntec Singapore Convention Centre in 2014 and as an events intern with Telum Media in 2018.

At university, I was part of the organising committee for various orientation programmes. I also acted as the Marketing Director for the university's inaugural undergraduate humanities research conference, !DEAS FEST. I have dabbled with Adobe suite and have had my fair share of having to design marketing collaterals and social media posts.

I absolutely love coming up with creative ideas and solutions and thoroughly enjoy working and interacting with others.

I believe that I am made for the media industry and I hope to achieve my goal of working abroad, where I believe there exists bigger and better opportunities.
