I have many years of experience in a business and customer orientated environment.
My work has required me being customer centric with a can do attitude.
I am a self-starter, creative and able to work under pressure as well as manage heavy workloads.
Whilst remaining quality conscious and meticulous in detail. I am a focused, highly dedicated individual with a strong willingness to learn.
I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years such as communication skills, critical thinking, product knowledge, dealing with management and operational data, risk management and compliance issues.
I have a willingness to learn new skills and gain invaluable experience as can be seen by my completion of courses in digitalisation, cybersecurity in recent years.
I have learnt new skills and applications in my current job such as dealing with patient information - Paris and other applications such as Oracle, TRAC and Tableau.
I can work on my own and with a diverse range of peoples. I am enthusiastic, flexible in my working arrangements and have a positive approach.
Moreover, I am a quick learner and a great team player.
