ABOUT
Imaginiation of a story, written especially for the museum. About the people and their lives before the technical revolution in the 19th century. A combination of a table filled with breakfast objects (gypsum made out of a molds) and little people in between (pvc cut with a laser cutter). Around the table tiny camera's which responses with the beamer which maps the video's on the cornflakes packages on the wall. What you see is a table with a modern breakfast and if you look very carefully you see the story of 18th century people working very hard for surviving. The artwork is about the obvious world we're living in, but our grandparents lived in a totally other world. And so do the people in other parts of the world. Standing still by the life of tomorrow and at the same time looking back at the past.
