Every quarter staff at Barclays Bank would receive a publication in order to sell items of the staff uniform. We integrated this into a magazine format containing fashion and beauty articles, makeovers and interviews. The staff were always really excited to receive each issue and be involved in the magazine, creating a positive team environment and within the branches.
