The Challenge
A leading insurance company had completed a large-scale research project, interviewing over 200 employers and brokers on dental insurance satisfaction. The outcome was an overwhelming collection of survey data, Excel sheets, and raw statistics. With the CEO needing to present clear insights to the board within a week, the team was left with complex data but no compelling story—just rows of numbers that failed to engage or inform.
