ABOUT
Doppelganger: My Shadow Self
This work was created to tell the impact of China's One-Child Policy on the younger generation, especially me, and the poetic fantasies, contradictions and conflicts that arise from this negative impact. The work is influenced by the psychologist Carl Jung's theory, which captures my thoughts and allows my creativity to flow like blue water, encouraging me to be more honest with my shadow self. The work was drawn in procreate and coloured in photoshop.
This is my graduation portfolio created at the London College of Communication at the University of the Arts London. It has now been printed as a self-published zine and is available for sale at the Gosh!comic bookstore.
