When developing a website for a premium Real estate agency in Switzerland, I worked on a deep understanding of the target audience, their needs and preferences. The main goal was to create an intuitive and visually appealing interface that would provide users with an informative and convenient experience.

UX:
1 - Target audience analysis: There was an interviews with potential clients and investors to identify their preferences and expectations of the site. The focus was on those looking for real estate in the premium segment, including both local and international buyers.
2 - Competitor Analysis: I studied several successful websites of other real estate agencies in Switzerland and beyond, especially those that specialized in premium class. This allowed me to identify best practices as well as weaknesses that could be exploited in the project.
3 - User flow: Based on the information gathered, I created a user flow to visualize how customers interact with the site. This helped identify key touch points and potential places for improvement.

GOALS:
Create intuitive navigation: 1. Simplify navigation so that users can easily find relevant information and properties.
2. Increase user engagement: Use attractive design and interactive elements to increase user interest and longevity on the site.
3. Provide quality content: Ensure the availability of detailed property descriptions, high-quality images and videos, as well as up-to-date news and real estate market analysis.
4. Adaptive design: Make the site adaptive for mobile devices so that users can view properties anytime and anywhere.

RESULT:
- The website of a premium real estate agency in Switzerland was successfully designed with a focus on the needs and preferences of the target audience. UX research allowed me to create a site structure that meets all the goals: intuitive navigation, high user engagement and quality content.
- Testing the prototypes with real users confirmed that my approach paid off: users appreciated the ease of use and visual appeal. The site received positive feedback, which confirmed the effectiveness of the research and the chosen strategy. Based on the data obtained, the agency can continue to develop and improve the site, ensuring its relevance and compliance with client requests.
The client received a website that serves not only as an effective sales tool, but also as a source of information that helps clients make informed decisions about premium real estate in Switzerland.
