Realtor network №1 in Moscow with experience of more than 30 years. I did the design of the office application.

TASK and GOALS:
1. Optimize and automate the candidate selection process by office
2. Develop an application with the company's candidate database "Candidate Showcase"
3. Provide managers with the ability to invite candidates to their office, through communication with the Administrator.

Results:
- Reduced time spent searching for quota and candidate information by 70%
- Systematized and automated 50% of manager's tasks
- Received a ready product (mobile and web application) with the possibility of independent revision

STEPS

2. Identified the needs and expectations of customers from the application
3. CJM, Persona, JTBD
4. Designed User Flow (user path map)
5. Prototyping
6. Developed UI kit necessary to develop the application for different platforms
7. Creating the final UI design
8. Animation
9. Application development and testing

Target Audience Research
For the target audience, I compiled interview questions and conducted a survey, and there was also a discussion of the details with the customer with an audio recording. Based on the analysis, key insights were identified:
- It is important to have a personal account for office managers that displays his/her name, office, number of available quotas, how much of the invitation history has been utilized
- It is necessary to have a role of an administrator who can invite managers to the service, edit cards with candidates, charge or write off quotas, view statistics on invitations.
Next, a usability test was conducted. While observing the user's actions, clarifying questions were asked. As a result, it was found out that it is necessary to:
Introduce the ability to issue, write off, set a limit. The "Invite" button leads to a chat with the administrator in Telegram or WhatsApp (Possibility to change the link, in case of a change of the person in charge)

Persona, JTBD
Description of one group of users as a collective image of CA

CJM
The creation of CJM helped to improve user experience, better understand the customer, evaluate service quality, and find new points of growth

User Flow
Based on the analysis, a detailed user scenario was developed, including key stages of interaction

Conclusion:
Based on the UX research, it is concluded that what the app needs is
* Flexibility and personalization.
- Ability to choose chat: in-app, via Telegram, via Whatsapp
* Filters and sorting
- Easier search of candidate cards, quota statistics, invitation statistics, archive
* Recommendations and reminders
- Planning, productivity analysis, task list, calendar

Prototyping
After analyzing the findings, I refined the structure of the required screens, which allowed me to efficiently begin prototyping the key elements
