The Irish Government needed 90,000 Irish companies to be able to negotiate the increased customs requirements of trading with the UK post-Brexit.

We reimagined 5 days of face-to-face customs training into a fully mobile experience

A training programme that would help avoid delays and disruption to businesses and customers as a result of incorrect or inaccurate customs declarations.

A scalable, hassle-free virtual training solution
Our challenge was to create a slick and scalable solution to cope with the 90,000 Irish companies who needed this training .

We designed an end-to-end technology solution – from a company applying to the programme through to a learner being certified - all via a phone.

It was also critical to minimise the admin overheads for the training provider (Skillnet).
