ABOUT
- The objective was to prepare internal teams for launch by giving them the knowledge, understanding and confidence to launch successfully
- To get hands on and train with the cross functional materials, be inspired from the CMA community and build partnerships
- A two-week programme of hybrid events, with a TV broadcast feel, filled with informal discussions, interviews, presentations, interactive breakouts and training sessions
- Four live sessions broadcast from a bespoke studio; each with their own content theme, made up of several ‘segments’ of content and breakouts
- ‘Every perspective’ sessions inspired the audience by hearing from voices within the community (patient, caregiver, PAG leader, Neurologist and Physiotherapist)
- Unplugged activities and challenges for individuals and tribes – using gamification techniques to inject energy and interactivity
- A central online destination, The Hub, housed all pre, live and post content and activities, supported by a communications plan
- The Hub also enabled ‘tribes’ to connect and encouraged networking with colleagues across the world
- A great example of combining creativity, scientific engagement, hybrid event production, film production and digital user experience design
