Brief - 4 month project
Research and produce a guidance document for gambling operators in the UK. The guidance document was part of a wider strategy to inform, educate and train UK gambling operators to reduce the risk of gambling-related suicide in their retail and online environments. Samaritans are the leading charity for preventing and reducing the risk of suicide in the UK.

This document has since fed into wider national policy work in influencing the gambling industry to better protect its staff and customers from offline and online harm.
