Total Food Service approached Workhouse to provide some new food photography for use in their marketing materials. For one of the first shoots we were asked to get a shot of one of their Jubilee cakes.

It was a great shoot and we’re really pleased with the finished result. The set up was quite simple, but fairly typical for food photography and consisted of a couple of Profoto lights and a mixture of reflectors. The main light was shot through a large 6x4ft light panel and the accent light was a profoto head with a silver reflector, providing the contrast and accents.
