Tundra Vodka Branding and illustration
The client is a longstanding Russian Vodka distiller called Tundra, who were looking to launch in the UK. The company have been on the same site next to the Volga since 1898 and wanted to use this in some way in their UK material. The team discovered that flamingoes lived on that stretch of the river and would make the perfect unexpected and vivid character to jump off the shelves in the british bars. My part in the project was to produce the illustrations and design the collateral that it appeared on including the branding document. 
All illustrations were hand drawn and then developed in Illustrator and Photoshop
The illustrations were categorised and appear alongside dedicated straplines or specific uses but the packaging always appears front and centre to whatever 
For example the multiple flamingo heads are entitled "The Talk of the Tundra" and only appear on social channels.
The first piece to appear was on strut cards, posters and adverts to the hospitality sector in preparation for a number of sponsored locations and events in the build up to Christmas 2019 celebrations.
I also designed the brand presentation with the product information, history of the producer and tone of voice all featuring the 5 flamingo illustrations in their various guises.
