Founded and run by renowned industry specialists, the Land & New Homes network combines expert training with exclusive resources and unbeatable networking opportunities.

To communicate the benefits of becoming a member of this exciting new network, we created a short explainer animation. Through bespoke illustrations and a punchy voiceover script, we got the message out in a succinct and visually engaging way. The animation sits on the home page of the new website which we also designed. The look is clean, fresh and contemporary. We kept to minimal copy, written in a professional while accessible tone of voice representative of the brand.

One of the key benefits of the network is the access to intelligence and resources needed to set up, or bring existing land and new homes business to the next level. All members can access up to date training videos and templates for every stage of the process – from pitch documents to pricing schedules.

The website launched in June 2016 to overwhelmingly positive response and uptake from estate agents and house builders.
