I created the coffee table to take influence from designer Ron Arad after becoming fascinated with his work and finding fluidity to flow through many of his designs. Taking inspiration from the curvature and natural water forms in his design of the Design Museum in Holon, Voido rocking chair and his after spring and before summer chairs. The tables looks to capture this curvature and flow within the coffee table design. My design uses a series of ovals in its design, form its body to table surface allowing curvature to flow throughout the design. The design is also symmetric allowing it to hold a constant and equal curvature.
