About me

I'm a creative, energetic and inquisitive UX professional with over 14 years experience across sectors including financial services, eCommerce and online fundraising. I've led the design of a responsive website for a top 5 global bank, relaunched one of the UK's largest online shops and my work has directly contributed to more than £1.1 billion raised for UK and US good causes.

I use requirement gathering and analysis, ethnographic research, information architecture, interface design and usability testing to craft highly engaging and relevant journeys.

I've also demonstrated strong strategic leadership, analytical and delivery capability, within and managing technical and non-technical teams on both Agile and Waterfall projects.
