ABOUT
We've been working with The Centre for Ageing Better, bringing to life their recent work with Humanly around Remote Engagement and removing barriers
to inclusion in the context of COVID-19.
The paper provides an array of remote engagement methods that organisations and businesses may wish to consider as they plan their research, including phone interviews, journaling, and card activities. With much engagement moving to online delivery, it highlights potential barriers around culture, IT literacy, confidence and trust building and gives examples of how these can be overcome.
We designed the report and then developed illustrations for digital advertising and social media cards to promote this important work
