Brief: Pulse Dynamics approached us to create the brand identity for their live feedback tool . We worked closely with them to capture what Pulse is to them and what it will mean for their customers. From these conversations we concluded that Pulse’s feedback shows the heartbeat of the organisation using it, and this is the path we went down.

Following on from the brand identity, we were asked to design their website. A series of icons were produced to explain the different aspects of Pulse and connect with people on a visual level, making it less content heavy and easier to read.

Pulse also required some materials to highlight the differences between using Pulse and taking a traditional survey, so we converted the information we were given into a comparison poster. Within each segment an icon was created to interpret the point being made, again allowing more visual readers to easily connect with the content.
