Brief: Design a fun and engaging internal learning journal to support a Leadership Development Programme with the staff.

We wanted to move away from the stereotype of a leader being a man in a suit and use something more symbolic and non gender specific. Paper planes seem to represent this perfectly, with a highlighted plane in the brand colours to lead the way. This image evokes a child-like feeling of excitement, freedom, and in business terms - the sky's the limit!
