Illuminating the latest TVC for Yonex, VFX light trails provide fast, elegant and stunning visuals. Directed by the talented Alex Nicholson and with production handled by Burning Reel. Covert were brought on board to add the visual aspects to the project for the new Yonex Nanoflare 800 Badminton Racquet.
Covert conceptualised, matchmoved, designed and animated the glowing 3d streams off the racquet. Yonex VFX light trails were produced in Cinema 4D and tracked manually from the racquet’s movement in post-production.
