About me

I have gained valuable experience working for my currently employer. I am looking to be a part of a busy department or company that has a creative design element.

I currently work for Miller Graphics UK Ltd who are part of a European group of companies. I manage the UK graphic design studio. The job involves meeting customers to discuss their requirements, creating design briefs, full reprographics (understanding the print process, and press tolerances allows us to create press ready designs), colour management and proofing. I have control over the daily production. We have to conform to tight schedules as our customers are large print companies who have their own production demands to meet. I am part of the group's technical team who meet to discuss the latest technologies and how we can utilise them. I am responsible for our UK's division of corporate literature, with control over designing and sourcing the printed goods.
