In 2013 the NFL played two International Series games at London’s Wembley Stadium, featuring the San Francisco 49ers, the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Minnesota Vikings. Something this big demanded a big noise. So we turned turned one of London’s most iconic locations into a traffic-free American football zone.

Taking place a day prior to the first game between the Minnesota Vikings and the Pittsburgh Steelers, our NFL on Regent Street event stopped central London in its tracks and created the biggest NFL event outside of the Super Bowl.

Stretching from Niketown at Oxford Circus to Piccadilly Circus, NFL on Regent Street offered shoppers and NFL fans the chance to experience the sights and sounds of the sport, with every yard filled with hard-hitting NFL action and authenticity. In a single day, our free NFL on Regent Street event attracted more than 500,000 people.
