About me
I am a creative, innovative person with strong design skills in theory and practice. Based on experience I know what is right and wrong - and I can see the strategic implications of not making the right choice in the early phases of a design project. I don't need a big budget to visualise my ideas, and I am always well prepared to take on a challenge.
Visual identity management and design management is a big part of my everyday tasks, as well as being part of the development phase, when launching a product or a project. I am used to finding solutions within a framework where it can be hard to navigate.
Being part of a big organisation as Novo Nordisk and the Corporate Branding department, has added a lot of skills to my resume on how to manage a project, manage a budget and the resources put aside for it. When making design decisions, I have a strong ability to see the big picture, and realise the power design can have, in making a change in people's mind-set.
I have strong presentations skills and I am used to, presenting ideas and conducting workshops for internals and externals (agencies and partners) based around our corporate visual identity and design and brand management. As a member of the Visual Identity committee in Novo Nordisk I have learned the early phases of an early idea to a product launch and the obstacles in managing a product identity and making it part of a brand house.
I am a very nice and warm person with a good sense of humour and with some strong values. When I deliver a message to a person I always try to do it with the upmost respect for that person, good or bad. I believe in treating people the way you want to be treated yourself. I excel in seeing solutions instead of limitations in design and branding projects.
I enjoy a challenge and reaching my goals. When people say that there is something I can't do, I like to prove them wrong.
