About me

Formerly Digital Producer of my own Design and Branding business and recently qualified UX designer; motivation and dedication to growth are simply who and what I am. There's no one direct path to delivering individuality to a brief; I know this from the inside out.

Having successfully navigated the realms of client services, graphic design, retouching and responsive web interface design for my many clients in my 16 years of design experience, adding the human-centered design to my Portfolio was the clear choice in the next logical step.

I'm a stand-alone professional as much as I'm a collaborator having created websites with teams of developers and brands for a list of bluechip companies, SME's and startups alike - It's reaching and then surpassing the goals of the organisations I work with, not the shape or size that matters to me.

As misunderstood as UX process can be in these times where it is needed more than ever, I have an inescapable drive to bring these processes to my clients and demonstrate that by listening to and deploying a genuine empathy to our users, we can gain the insight into making a product that gains traction and tangible engagement from the very point of launch.

When I'm not working, I volunteer for the Tech Circus' UX Crunch events. Being an active volunteer not only keeps me up to date with the latest trends and industry news but also gives me the chance to socialise with other like-minded individuals and networks.
