A certified Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) and Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRMP) with 2.5 years of experience in HR, building employee friendly culture which is aligned with our organizational values. Expert in aligning business objectives with HR strategy, Employee management, assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, performance management, Training and Development, Employee graveness handling, HR policy formation and implementation, Talent Management and Retention, Recruitment and onboarding formalities, reward and recognition. Experience with IT, Recruitment & Staffing and Marketing & Advertising industry. I develop a HR strategy and executive it. Playing role of strategic partner, and bridge between employee and management.

My mission is to provide affordable and quality HR services to Startups, Small Scale Industries, and Small and medium-sized enterprises. Help them to align HR strategy with organization mission, vision, goal and business strategy.
