Vodafone Business needed help increasing organic traffic and engagement on its V-Hub platform —a content hub designed to support small and medium businesses. With no SEO strategy in place, much of the blog content was underperforming, relying heavily on referral traffic from paid advertising. Over a three-month period, we provided SEO-focused content consultancy, delivering best-practice guidance in SEO copywriting and implementing a UX testing schedule to evaluate performance. This included suggestions like GA4 tracking, Hotjar analysis for scroll depth and click behaviour, and user feedback via surveys and depth interviews. We also developed a fresh content strategy to help V-Hub attract and retain visitors. By the end of the project, the client reported significant improvements in content visibility and performance.
