Collaborating closely with Lisney, the commercial estate agent, we undertook the task of designing the marketing brochure for One & Two Docklands Central. Their client's specific request was for a brochure that exuded a "trendy" vibe, adorned with vibrant and eye-catching colours. In response to this creative challenge, we drew inspiration from the building's facade, which boasts a sophisticated white stone texture enveloping its exterior.

In keeping the design ethos of the building we embraced a bold and invigorating orange hue. This vibrant colour, prominently featured within the building's interior, was incorporated into our overall colour palette and used to highlight key points and messages, allowing us to capture and reflect the building's distinctive style.
