Residential Exterior CGI Animation for Real Estate Marketing

This project shows a residential building through exterior CGI visualization and architectural animation.

The goal was to create a clear visual presentation for developers, architects, and real estate marketing teams. The animation shows the building scale, city context, day and evening lighting, and the atmosphere around the project.

Real site photos were used as references before CGI production. They helped define the location, surrounding buildings, light direction, camera angles, and urban context.

The final video can be used for a website, developer presentation, investor deck, social media, architectural review, and real estate promotion.
