About me

I am writing to apply for the Marketing Administrator role as advertised on Creativepool and would be grateful if you would consider my application.

I have noticed my growing interest within the Marketing and Design Industry and would love to pursue a career in this field.

Most recently I have just finished a PR and Marketing Internship at Pringle of Scotland, during my time there I was responsible for monitoring Press coverage on a daily basis and creating Press Books using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. I also dealt with sample send outs to different publications. Researching into other markets and scanning media in relation to the brand and assisting the PR and Marketing department with their everyday activities.

Previously I was working at Xenith Document Systems as a Receptionist and Purchase Ledger some of my duties included organising deliveries, parts management/ purchase, organising travel arrangements, I dealt with Warranty purchase and billing, Purchase Ledger payment coordination, invoice batching and payment, amongst other administration and accounts payable duties. In addition to communicating effectively with internal and external contacts, I kept track of information using client database, created and generated reports.

Previous to that I was working for a Recruitment Agency as a Education Administrator and Compliance Officer working to deadlines in an organised manner, training new staff, taking all incoming calls and working well within a team and assisting other colleagues in the busy office.

With my experience in both a corporate and retail working environment, I can demonstrate that I have great balance in adapting to new working places. I am keen and motivated to demonstrate my abilities for this role.
