ABOUT

Alien Lands is a science fictional CGI short clip I produced in my spare time. Large landscape & atmospherics are directly rendered in Octane Renderer using open VDB imported from Houdini. I was surprised by the performance of Octane Renderer the way it handled that large amount of data set plus displacement.
